Chiswell Street Hotel, located in the heart of the City of London, is just a 5 minute walk from Moorgate Station. Situated next to the Whitbread Brewery, one of London’s most prestigious business venues, the hotel is ideally positioned to accommodate the large number of guests attending the brewery’s wide range of events, conferences and weddings.

Historically hotels have been a superb investment, however financially out of reach for the majority. This relatively new concept from GuestInvest makes investing in the hotel industry achievable.

London is the most visited city in the world by tourists, resulting in average hotel occupancy for 2007 running at 83.6%. Hotels in the capital have seen an 8.9% growth in room rates year on year with an average hotel rate in 2007 of £125.85¹ per night. Your room at GuestInvest comes with a guaranteed yield of 6% in the first year. If the hotels achieve just the average London occupancy rates, your yield would rise to 8%+, as already experienced in other GuestInvest rooms. Furthermore you have the ability to stay in your room for 52 nights per annum, free of charge.

There is currently a lack of hotel rooms in central London and with an increasing number of tourists visiting the capital it is estimated that an extra 2,000 hotel rooms² will have to be built each year in order to meet with demand.

Global tourism has shown record growth for the last 5 years, and is set to continue with the value of international tourism forecasted to increase by at least 50% by 2020³. Outbound departures from China alone have risen by 146%⁴, indicating a healthy supply of visitors for the coming years.
